Solution
We built an integrated post-production team to work alongside ESPN, applying our own methodology in place of a standard TV process.
Our approach:
Delivered two weekly shows for the length of the tournament, without slipping on quality to hit the schedule.
Replaced a traditional broadcast post-production process with our own, built for speed from the ground up.
Worked in close step with ESPN's team throughout, so every show landed exactly on brief and on time.

Results
The collaboration resulted in:
A faster turnaround model: Brought post-production time down from 3 days to 1.5 days using our own methodology in place of the standard broadcast process.
Sustained weekly output: Two full shows delivered every week for the entire length of the World Cup.
No drop in quality: Matched broadcast standards despite more than halving the usual turnaround time.
This project proved our ability to outpace traditional broadcast post-production without compromising on the finish.
